Picture This! Family Portrait Studio was opened in June of 2007 by Debra Frazier, formerly the Manager of sears portrait studio in the Lewis County Mall.  Debra had 17 years experience prior to opening the business, primarily taking photographs of newborns, kids and families.  She wanted to offer her customers more at a better price, so with her dream in her hand she opened Picture This!  Debra successfully launched Picture This in '07 and started to build a clientel, then the flood waters devistated the region putting a damper on her plans.
